Tommy Hilfiger introduces its Fall 2025 campaign, “The Hilfiger Racing Club,” with Nicholas Hoult and Claudia Schiffer leading the cast. The project takes inspiration from luxury motorsport nostalgia, staging prep culture within the fast pace of the racetrack.
The campaign builds on Tommy Hilfiger’s history of reimagining American style. It frames prep in an unexpected setting, tying it to the racetrack through a wardrobe that revisits preppy staples with a modern edge. Through collaborations, immersive experiences, and track-inspired showcases, the brand sets a new mood for prep, focusing on reinvention rather than tradition.
Tommy Hilfiger described the project as a continuation of his personal creative vision. “Reimagining prep has been at the heart of my creative vision for 40 years,” he said. “From the beginning, I’ve blended classic American style with vibrant cultural influences, and I’m excited to continue that legacy of gatecrashing tradition. This season marks the start of a new chapter with ‘The Hilfiger Racing Club’ opening our latest campaign series and bringing a fresh twist to a celebrated moment in the preppy social calendar.”
Photographer Glen Luchford shot the campaign, focusing on Tommy Hilfiger’s motorsport take on prep style. Hoult, currently starring in Superman, adds credibility to the racing theme with his background as a trained race driver and his passion for vintage motorsport. His presence conveys camaraderie and energy that ties naturally to the campaign’s setting. Schiffer steps into the narrative with elegance, channeling classic glamour in a series of looks that balance sophistication with an easy confidence.

The cast shared their thoughts about working on the project. Hoult described the collection as sharing the energy of the racetrack: “There’s tradition, but it’s full of life and a sense of fun. It reflects the classic American prep style he’s known for – timeless and effortlessly cool.” Schiffer praised Hilfiger’s creative instincts, saying, “Tommy has an extraordinary talent for creating collections that feel timeless and playful. It’s that joyful spirit of self-expression that he’s encapsulated with this campaign – he invited us into his world, and it was wonderful to be a part of it.”
The Fall 2025 campaign also marks the introduction of “You’re Invited, No RSVP Required,” a broader brand message that will influence future collections. The concept reflects the label’s ethos of open access and individuality, which has defined its approach since 1985, when a Times Square billboard first presented the Hilfiger name alongside America’s most recognized designers. From those early years, the brand expanded its presence by entering cultural spaces ranging from hip-hop to Formula 1 paddocks and red-carpet moments.

In terms of design, the Fall 2025 collection draws inspiration from New York City, returning to the brand’s home base to reinterpret preppy codes with an updated sensibility. Shirts appear in tartan fabrics, barn jackets are finished with water-resistant treatments, and a lightweight trench for women comes in a responsible wool blend with a prominent check pattern. The collection emphasizes layering and texture, referencing prep in new formats. Oxford shirts sit under rugby tops, ties are worn loosely for an air of informality, and pleated pieces combine with crest sweatshirts. Denim appears in relaxed cuts and pairs with the American Icon bag, tying accessories into the broader collection.
“The Hilfiger Racing Club” extends Hilfiger’s ongoing narrative of experimenting with prep culture while reinforcing its ties to both tradition and reinvention. The campaign connects heritage with new creative contexts and places its stars in a setting where fashion and motorsport collide. Available worldwide throughout the season, the Fall 2025 collection can be found in Tommy Hilfiger stores and online, and through selected wholesale partners.
