The original Shox Ride 2 arrived during a period when Nike focused on mechanical cushioning systems. Its most recognizable feature, four spring-loaded columns under the heel, returns in this updated version, reinforced by a visible Max Air unit in the forefoot. This setup creates a dual-cushioning experience that balances heel response with forefoot softness.
The new Bright Cactus edition takes visual risks with material and color. The upper features a mix of shaggy suede and textile overlays, wrapped in vibrant green with black contrasts.
