Moncler and JIL SANDER introduce its first collection, rooting its design in the calm sophistication of nature. This setting acts as an ongoing source for the collection’s shapes, structures, and hues, subtly recalling Moncler’s mountain background. JIL SANDER’s philosophy, known for precision, gives shape to every item.
JIL SANDER has established itself as a leading voice in modern design through its distinct combination of simple shapes and exceptional execution. The joint Moncler collection adopts these signature elements, uncluttered lines, refined forms, neutral colors, and natural textures. Moncler uses its distinctive style and advanced expertise in winter insulation to refresh these elements.

The collection gains definition from its generous volume and a sense of curvature taken directly from the external world. Drawing from sources like snow peaks, soft hills, thick plants, and smooth stones, the curved aspects of nature inspire the rounded coats, padded sweaters, and dome-like skirts. A small, jewelry-like silver pin extends this influence. Its curved, circular shape mirrors the shape of the Moncler logo.
The collection prioritizes soft double wool, lightweight washed cotton twill, and an advanced long-fiber wool. They treat this wool to achieve a fluid, light motion when worn. The collection layers thick cardigans and coats with Moncler’s typical down-filled nylon. This technique integrates traditionally high-end fabrics with modern winter warmth technology.

Moncler + JIL SANDER is available at select Moncler locations and through the Moncler website, as well as at select JIL SANDER stores and their website. Additionally, a specialized presentation of the collection opens at Isetan Shinjuku, Japan. Menswear displays on the ground floor from November 19 to December 2, and womenswear occupies the third floor from November 19 to 25.
