Nike presents the Structure Plus, a new stability silhouette designed to give runners comfort, support, and an energized underfoot feel. The model brings ZoomX and ReactX cushioning to the Structure franchise for the first time, creating a softer, more responsive ride shaped for everyday training as well as long-distance sessions.

Nike Running Footwear Product Line Manager Ashley Campbell describes the Structure Plus as an opportunity to give stability runners a livelier sensation underfoot. Campbell underscores the role of ZoomX and ReactX in creating a cushioned, energetic ride while maintaining the support that defines the Structure line.

Nike developed the Structure Plus by studying the movement patterns of hundreds of runners at both elite and recreational levels. Those insights guided the balance between stability and cushioning. The model uses Nike’s midfoot support system, introduced in the Structure 26, which wraps the medial arch and lateral heel to help maintain stability through the gait cycle. ZoomX foam forms the midsole, while a ReactX carrier adds cushioning and impact reduction.

The Structure Plus uses structural overlays across the upper to reinforce support without relying on rigid elements. An engineered mesh design offers zonal breathability and targeted hold, while a plush collar and tongue create a secure, comfortable fit. A stack height of 32 millimeters in the forefoot and 42 millimeters in the heel, the tallest in the Structure franchise, gives the shoe a cushioned platform supported by wider nets for added stability.

Nike athlete Karissa Schweizer explains that the Structure Plus feels lighter and more cushioned than her previous stability footwear, giving her a comfortable option that still delivers the support she expects. Nike athlete Cooper Teare shares that the Structure Plus builds on the Structure 26 by adding more foam to keep runners protected from repeated impact while maintaining efficiency through the stride.

The outsole features high-abrasion rubber in the heel for durability in high-impact zones, while blown rubber in the forefoot offers a soft ground feel. The silhouette arrives with a range of colorways that reference retro Nike design, including black and white variations, sunset tones, and vibrant lime green.

Nike will release the Structure Plus exclusively through running specialty stores on January 8, 2026. The model will become available on nike.com and through additional retailers beginning February 5.
