Presented during Milan Men’s Fashion Week, Church’s Fall Winter 2026 unfolds inside Palazzo Barozzi, a space chosen for its acoustic character and sense of focus. The setting frames the collection through sound, drawing a parallel between the discipline of music and the precision of shoemaking. Guests enter an imagined maestro’s studio, conceived as a place of study, experimentation, and exacting work, reflecting the rigor that defines Church’s approach to craft.

Sound shapes the presentation throughout the day. Curated by Ruggero Pietromarchi, the audio environment moves through a sequence of carefully constructed soundscapes that guide the experience. Live performances punctuate the rhythm of the event. Renato Grieco performs on the bass viol, drawing from musique concrète to explore texture and resonance. Riccardo La Foresta works with drums to reinterpret ancestral melodies through layered beats. Agnese Menguzzato plays an eight-string electric guitar, creating compositions that reflect on sound and gesture as shared human acts.

The first movement introduces the Sunday Morning line alongside the Regent range. Sunday Morning reworks Church’s sandal with a winter focus, shifting its role through material and construction. Versions appear in waxed suede and three wool options: herringbone chevron tweed, tartan, and knickerbocker.

This opening flows into the Regent group, built on the robust 133 Country last. Reversed calf and sport suede define the range, which takes cues from countryside dressing without retreating into nostalgia. The Shefford boot anchors the offering with a sturdy country sole and a hand-stitched apron that exposes seams and raw edges.

The second movement, New Formal, shifts the tone toward refinement shaped by flexibility. This group presents a modern formal wardrobe defined by relaxed structure and careful detailing. The silhouette remains unforced, allowing the shoes to adapt to movement while retaining precision. The lineup includes the Sidley boot with fine brogueing, the Stanhope Chelsea boot, the Sidbury derby, and the Skipton oxford. Each style balances tradition with an updated approach to form, relying on proportion and construction rather than excess.
The final movement introduces the Royal selection. This group focuses on clarity of line and controlled surface. The Prince monkstrap and the Duke oxford feature folded sewing and leather soles finished with a dual-tone gradient. Glossy leathers add depth without overpowering the shapes, allowing classic forms to read as current through finish and restraint.

Across Fall Winter 2026, Church’s builds a collection that moves through three distinct registers while maintaining continuity. Music sets the structure and pace of the presentation, while shoemaking remains constant through material, construction, and form.
