ASICS SportStyle and C.P. Company introduce the second chapter of their footwear collaboration with the GEL-QUANTUM™ 360 I. The project follows the first launch in January 2024 and continues the dialogue between functionality and urban attitude. Japanese technological innovation meets Italian design expertise through a sneaker that reflects the priorities of both brands.
SNEAKERS
The collaboration grows from ASICS’ long-standing “Sound Mind, Sound Body” philosophy and C.P. Company’s research in textile development and functional design. Both brands approach product development through experimentation with materials and technical performance. This partnership connects these perspectives within a single footwear concept.

The project introduces the concept of “Architecture in Motion,” which treats the city as a space shaped by constant movement. Urban environments demand flexibility from the body and from the products people wear while moving through them. The design language of the sneaker responds to this idea by placing structural elements alongside features developed for mobility.
The GEL-QUANTUM™ 360 I arrives in three colorways that translate this concept into a visible form. The silhouette presents a layered structure that expresses both architecture and motion. A double-layer technical jacquard mesh upper supports airflow while adding dimensional depth to the design. The model first appeared in 2015 as the first ASICS sneaker equipped with 360° GEL™ technology across the midsole.

The C.P. Company Metropolis Series logo sits on the toe and references the Italian label’s collection dedicated to advanced materials and urban-focused design. The ASICS spiral logo appears on the heel and connects the sneaker to the brand’s performance heritage. External TPU reinforcement strengthens the structure of the shoe, while TRUSSTIC™ technology supports stability during everyday movement. FF BLAST™ PLUS cushioning works alongside GEL™ technology to deliver lightweight responsiveness and sustained comfort during extended wear.

ASICS and C.P. Company marked the release through a special event connected to the concept of “Architecture in Motion.” The brands invited selected members of their communities to the UNESCO headquarters in Paris, a location known for its role in international dialogue and cooperation. The venue rarely opens to the public, which gave the gathering a distinct context. Within this setting, breathwork practitioner Bruno Sitton guided participants through a session focused on the relationship between body, space, and movement. The experience reflected the central ideas behind the collaboration and placed physical awareness at the center of the project.
The GEL-QUANTUM™ 360 I will launch on March 19, 2026 through official ASICS and C.P. Company channels as well as selected retailers worldwide. One version in blue will remain exclusive to C.P. Company flagship stores and the brand’s official website.
