Jacquemus has joined the French Football Federation and Nike for a new capsule tied to Les Bleus ahead of the FIFA World Cup 2026. The tournament will take place in the U.S., Mexico, and Canada from June 11 to July 19, giving the French national team a new style chapter as football fever continues across France after Paris Saint-Germain’s Champions League victory.

The collection centers on a jersey that French national team players will wear as a pre-match shirt this summer. Jacquemus introduced the project through teaser videos and visuals featuring Kylian Mbappé, Désiré Doué, Aurélien Tchouaméni, Marcus Thuram, Warren Zaïre-Emery, Ousmane Dembélé, and Michael Olise.

Simon Porte Jacquemus drew from his personal connection to football and an old navy Nike tracksuit jacket from his childhood. The brand describes the piece as a memory of uniform, movement, and 1990s football culture. From that reference, Jacquemus builds a wardrobe with clean lines, direct proportions, and a distinctly French attitude. His work with Nike began in 2022, when he also looked to vintage sportswear and Nike campaigns from the 1990s.
The “Les Bleus by Jacquemus” capsule includes seven technical and lifestyle pieces with co-branded Nike and FFF crests. The shirt leads the collection, while the Cryoshot Tiempo R10 boot brings one of the most focused design updates. Jacquemus revisits the classic football model in black leather, adding discreet blue and red touches that refer to the French flag.

The Dri-FIT Academy Pro shirt comes with fine vertical pinstripes on moisture-wicking fabric and appears in versions for men, women, and children. The line also includes the Anthem jacket, a lightweight, loose-fitting woven piece created for pre-match moments. A goalkeeper shirt carries the same graphic and technical direction, keeping the capsule connected across each category.
Jacquemus uses the French tricolour palette of blue, white, and red across the collection, pairing athletic shapes with ready-to-wear fabrics. Signature stripes shift into a football context, while classic materials replace technical surfaces in select pieces. The collaboration also supports Sport dans la Ville as its associated nonprofit partner. Founded in 1998, the organization helps young people from disadvantaged neighborhoods through team sport sessions.
The French capsule forms part of Nike X2, an international collaborative program created for the 2026 World Cup. Nike has invited designers and labels to reinterpret the identities of seven national federations, with each project connected to a local charity.

Canada appears through “Les Rouges by NOCTA,” the capsule linked to Drake’s label and Canadian Women & Sport. In the United States, the V.A.A. collective presents “Les Stars & Stripes” in tribute to Coalitions for Sport Equity. England connects with Palace for “Les Three Lions by Palace,” supporting Football Beyond Borders, while the Netherlands works with Patta on “Oranje by Patta” for Favela Street.
Nigeria presents “Les Super Eagles by Slawn” in tribute to the Bravehearts Ladies Foundation. South Korea introduces “Les Tigers of Asia by Peaceminusone,” the label of G-Dragon, with support for We Meet Up. Within that wider program, Jacquemus gives Les Bleus a capsule that links French football, national color, and 1990s sportswear through a sharp fashion perspective.
