PRONOUNCE presented its Spring Summer 2027 menswear collection, Tiny Voyager, on June 20, 2026, during Milan Fashion Week. The brand marks its 10th anniversary with layering, proportion and restrained sensuality, shaping the season through organza, washed linen, subtle color combinations and evolving silhouettes. BACKSTAGE
Founders Yushan Li and Jun Zhou approach the anniversary as the start of a new phase for PRONOUNCE. The collection looks ahead and uses the idea of travel as a sign of discovery. Previous collections such as Kite and Wooden Pagoda examined growth through elevation and imagination. Tiny Voyager gives that theme a new figure: a modern explorer who navigates daily life with curiosity and wonder.
During the past decade, PRONOUNCE has developed a design language that places Eastern philosophy in dialogue with contemporary dress. The brand favors philosophical references over literal cultural quotation and works with ideas of balance, fluidity and inclusivity. For Spring Summer 2027, those ideas shape a wardrobe that draws from tailoring, shirts, ties, workwear and sportswear.
Traditional Chinese dress influences shape several key garments. The horse-face skirt’s pleated design returns through wrap styles and culottes. Shirts and outerwear take proportions and collar details from Ming Dynasty garments. The Zhongshan suit, a recurring subject in the brand’s research, appears with softer shapes, lighter fabrics and modern proportions. Li and Zhou also use Chinese printed homespun fabric, connecting the season to their childhood memories.
PRONOUNCE’s Gender Shared philosophy guides the collection. The designers build clothing around people and personal identity, proposing a wardrobe that supports individuality and self-expression. That idea appears in the relaxed treatment of tailoring, the adaptable use of culottes, and the dialogue between formal and utilitarian garments. The result keeps menswear codes active and opens them to a wider range of wearers.
Materials deepen the season’s sense of travel and memory. The collection uses sun-dried cotton, wrinkle-resistant wool, washed linen, organza and eco-conscious leather. Contrasts of weight, texture and transparency define many looks. Ribbon details recall kite strings and symbolize connection and growth, continuing a motif that links Tiny Voyager to PRONOUNCE’s earlier work.
The palette resembles a traveller’s collection of memories. Kite blue, spring green, sun-faded yellow, pomegranate red and deep leather brown give the season its visual range. PRONOUNCE also introduces a line of artisanal bags and footwear, which the brand developed in-house.
Ten years after its founding, PRONOUNCE keeps exploration active as a creative principle. Tiny Voyager frames growth through curiosity and wonder, linking Eastern philosophy, contemporary dress and the designers’ personal memories into a Spring Summer 2027 collection for discovery.
