Versace presents its Fall Winter 2026 campaign, Versace Obsessed, Chapter II, as the next entry in an ongoing series that examines the house and its visual identity. Legendary fashion photographer Steven Meisel captures the campaign through cinematic vignettes that connect a new generation with imagery, objects and codes from several periods of Versace history.
Fall Winter 2026 Campaigns
Each vignette surrounds its cast with material from the house archives. Magazines from the 1990s and 2000s carry historic photographs by Meisel, and previously unseen objects extend the campaign’s study of Versace imagery. Rare volumes of Vanitas trace the opulent visual language that Gianni Versace established through fashion, print and image.

Meisel treats magazines, books and artefacts as active elements within each scene. These materials link the Fall Winter 2026 collection to earlier expressions of glamour, sensuality and excess. They also show how Versace has built a recognizable image through recurring symbols, editorial photography and a direct approach to luxury.
The collection draws from codes that Gianni and Donatella Versace developed over decades. Glamour, grit, classicism and street references guide the season. Leather and gold sharpen the clothes, and the Medusa and Greca motifs give each image an unmistakable Versace identity. The designs favour direct elegance, rich surfaces and recognizable symbols, continuing the visual language that the archival material records.

Versace Obsessed, Chapter II also examines the house’s connection with a younger audience. Meisel places current fashion imagery beside photographs and printed matter from earlier decades. The archive supplies context for the collection, and the unseen objects broaden the public view of Versace’s image history. This approach gives the campaign continuity and keeps its focus on the Fall Winter 2026 designs.
Stars of the campaign are Saar Mansvelt Beck, Alaina Rae, Elodie Guipaud, Bai Ruien, and Wiley Rhoads. In charge of styling was Karl Templer, with set design from Mary Howard at MHS Artists, and casting direction by Julia Lange at Art Partner. Beauty is work of hair stylist Guido Palau at Art + Commerce, makeup artist Pat McGrath at Streeters, and manicurist Jin Soon Choi at Home Agency. Campaign Creative Direction and films by Ferdinando Verderi, and Film DOP by Jeremy Hall.
The campaign arrives as Versace enters a new creative era under Pieter Mulier. The Belgian designer joined the house as Chief Creative Officer on July 1 after five years at Alaïa. He reports to executive chairman Lorenzo Bertelli and will present his first Versace collection later in 2026.
Mulier takes charge following major changes at the Italian house. Donatella Versace now serves as chief brand ambassador, while the Prada Group has completed its acquisition of Versace from Capri Holdings. His appointment gives him responsibility for shaping the collections and visual identity that will define the house’s next chapter.
