Adidas Originals and Pharrell Williams introduce the VIRGINIA Watermoc Pack, bringing the latest footwear silhouette from their ongoing VIRGINIA partnership to a global release. The new model arrives in three colorways: Blue, Yellow, and Black, following its first reveal earlier this summer during a beach takeover in Marseille, France.

The VIRGINIA Watermoc draws inspiration from the adidas Adventure Water Moc, an outdoor footwear design from the early 2000s. Pharrell Williams and adidas reinterpret that reference through a design developed for outdoor use and everyday wear.
The shoe features a neoprene U-throat construction paired with breathable mesh ventilation. Reflective webbing adds another functional detail, while bungee speed lacing gives wearers a quick adjustment system. adidas completes the design with a durable rubber lug outsole engineered to provide enhanced traction.
The Watermoc arrives after the VIRGINIA Adistar Jellyfish and VIRGINIA Vario Flat Earther, two models that approached the adidas archive from very different angles. The Adistar Jellyfish built on the Adistar with an exaggerated wave-shaped midsole inspired by jellyfish gills and a layered upper that gave the shoe a sculptural profile. Its release continued through Triple Black, Royal Blue, and Triple White versions.
The VIRGINIA Vario Flat Earther looked back to the adidas Yoga Vario from 2004 and turned its flexible wraparound construction into a low-profile lifestyle shoe. Full-grain leather, leather lining, an EVA insole, and a direct-injected outsole defined the first versions, while later Black and Blue suede editions introduced a magnetic closure system. The new Watermoc takes a utility-focused direction and translates outdoor footwear references into an everyday lifestyle model.
Its neoprene upper structure provides the foundation for the silhouette, while mesh sections allow additional ventilation. Reflective webbing contributes visibility-related detailing, and the bungee system replaces conventional lacing with a fast-adjusting setup. Underfoot, the lugged rubber outsole gives the shoe its outdoor-oriented foundation and supports traction on varied surfaces.
The three launch colorways give the model distinct visual treatments while retaining the same construction. Blue, Yellow, and Black will form the first global VIRGINIA Watermoc release.
