Jung Kook Becomes Global Ambassador for Graff’s Laurence Signature Collection

A New Chapter with Graff Signature Jewelry

Graff
has appointed Jung Kook of BTS as its new global ambassador, marking a strategic moment for the London-based diamond house as it expands its cultural reach beyond traditional luxury circles. The collaboration, unveiled through the Laurence Graff Signature campaign, positions the K-Pop icon in a series of campaign imagery shot by photographer Sølve Sundsbø, wearing select pieces from Graff’s contemporary goldwear collection.

The timing carries weight. Jung Kook emerges from two years of mandatory military service in South Korea, returning to a landscape where strategic brand partnerships signal both cultural currency and artistic evolution. For Graff, the choice reflects a deliberate strategy to connect generational luxury with contemporary cultural moments. Rather than the expected luxury house pivot toward younger audiences, this partnership reads as mutual validation: Graff extends its sphere of influence, while Jung Kook aligns himself with heritage craftsmanship during a critical professional reentry.

The Laurence Graff Signature collection itself anchors the collaboration in substance. Conceived around the multifaceted geometry of diamonds, each piece transforms light refraction into wearable sculpture. The collection spans white, yellow, and rose gold, with each creation carved from a single piece of gold, a commitment to material integrity that reflects the Graff family’s philosophy as diamantaires. This approach diverges from modular or assembled luxury jewelry; instead, it prioritizes monolithic design, where form emerges entirely from material constraints and intention.

New designs within the collection extend the Signature’s iconic faceted silhouette into bolder territory. Sculptural chain links and graphic motifs replace pure geometry with architectural rhythm, suggesting that contemporary luxury jewelry needn’t abandon complexity for accessibility. The pieces worn by Jung Kook in campaign imagery, captured by Benoit Delhomme as director of photography, emphasize this tension between refined restraint and confident presence. Creative director Tim Holloway and fashion editor Youngjin Kim styled the campaign to highlight how Signature pieces function as focal points rather than supplementary ornament.

Graff‘s positioning within luxury jewelry has long centered on diamond expertise and artisanal execution. This campaign extends that narrative by demonstrating how heritage craftsmanship translates across cultural contexts. Jung Kook’s global fanbase, concentrated in markets where luxury consumption is driven by cultural affinity rather than generational wealth alone, represents a meaningful demographic shift for the brand. Yet the collaboration avoids the typical celebrity endorsement formula; instead, it presents Signature jewelry as an expression of individual aesthetic choice, one that happens to be validated by a cultural figure at a significant inflection point in his career.

The Laurence Graff Signature campaign launches at a moment when luxury brands increasingly recognize that heritage and cultural currency are not opposing forces. Graff has maintained its position as a diamantaire first, jewelry house second. This partnership suggests that positioning is no longer sufficient; cultural resonance now requires alignment with figures whose influence extends beyond luxury verticals into broader contemporary consciousness.
