Designer Donatella Versace and pop superstar Dua Lipa collaborated on Versace‘s High Summer La Vacanza see now, buy now womenswear collection that will be presented with a fashion show on Tuesday, May 23rd in Cannes, France. Italian designer is no stranger to fashion collaborations, just two years ago she worked with Fendi‘s creative director Kim Jones on Versace by Fendi and Fendi by Versace collections, she also collaborated with H&M, and with designers such as Anthony Vaccarello and Christopher Kane. English / Albanian singer and songwriter starred in the brand’s Fall Winter 2021 campaign, and she also opened Versace’s Spring Summer 2022 fashion show.
I have always been inspired by a collaborative design process. Working with Dua on this collection has been very exciting and I love the dynamic between us. Dua is strong, fearless, and free and her creative vision is exceptional. Summer is a magical time.
