Jordan Brand and Swarovski are joining forces again for an opulent take on the Air Jordan 1 Low OG. The women’s-exclusive ‘Stealth‘ edition is set to release on May 17, priced at $1,000 USD. Wrapped in luxury and encrusted with hundreds of precision-cut crystals, the sneaker arrives alongside matching apparel and marks the most extravagant low-top offering of the Air Jordan 1’s 40th anniversary year.

Crafted for Impact

The upper features a blend of muted grey and black leather, mimicking the original “Shadow” colorway but reimagined through Swarovski’s high-gloss signature. Panels across the toe, Swoosh, and heel are embedded with fine crystals, creating a layered surface that reflects light from every angle. Each overlay includes dimensional sparkle without compromising the core design of the silhouette. The rest of the shoe keeps a neutral tone to let the embellishment stand out.

Key Materials and Details

The crystals are set into grey suede overlays and arranged for durability while maintaining visual complexity. The forefoot, Swoosh, and heel are densely adorned, while the side panels and tongue remain more subdued. Branding includes a metallic 3D Wings logo at the heel and a woven Nike Air tag at the tongue. The tongue and laces are left crystal-free, retaining texture and flexibility. Beneath the upper, a traditional rubber cupsole supports the shoe, with encapsulated Air cushioning in the heel for comfort.

SNEAKERS

Each pair includes a care card, black gloves for handling, and a crystal-shaped basketball hangtag. The sneakers arrive in a co-branded collector’s box with premium packaging touches such as upgraded tissue and inner lining. SKU HM9208-001 is confirmed for this model, and sizing will run in women’s format with possible extensions for unisex wear.

Nike

A Continuation of Crystal Design

This isn’t Swarovski’s first collaboration with Nike. Past projects include the crystal-studded Air Max Plus and 2021’s avant-garde Air Force 1, which featured removable crystal-embellished cages. Earlier work includes the crystal-drenched Dunk Low designed alongside Cactus Plant Flea Market and reworked editions of the Air Max 97. However, this is only the second time Swarovski has partnered with Jordan Brand, following their 2019 release of the Air Latitude 720 LX.

Nike

A Price Tag That Reflects the Build

At $1,000 USD, the Swarovski x Air Jordan 1 Low OG ranks among Jordan Brand’s most premium drops to date. The price reflects the complexity of production, the use of authentic crystals, and the upgraded packaging experience. While the base sneaker references an already popular colorway, this edition elevates the low-top form with embellishment and limited availability.

Early impressions suggest the shoe will be scarce and in high demand. While Nike has not disclosed exact quantities, past Swarovski-linked releases have sold out quickly and performed well on the secondary market. This edition is expected to follow a similar path, especially given its unique place in the Air Jordan 1’s anniversary season.

Release Details

The Swarovski x Air Jordan 1 Low OG ‘Stealth’ launches May 17 through Nike SNKRS and select global retailers. Apparel and accessories will also release alongside the footwear. With its crystal-coated finish, high-concept packaging, and runway-level design approach, the release stands as one of the most visually commanding sneaker collaborations of 2025.
