Alo Yoga introduces its Summer 2025 campaign with Adut Akech, photographed by Tom Schirmacher. The campaign shifts attention toward ease of movement, personal focus, and recovery, three themes that continue to shape the brand’s seasonal releases. With Akech front and center, the visuals carry clarity and calm without relying on heavy styling or excessive narrative.

Set in an environment that evokes lightness and space, the images follow Akech in quiet motion. Her presence guides the viewer through a visual rhythm that prioritizes body awareness and comfort.

Stylist Alex Violante chose pieces from the latest Alo collection in muted, natural tones. One featured shade, Macadamia, echoes the tones of soft sand and sun-washed surfaces. The color sits easily within the campaign’s atmosphere, where fabric, body, and light work together rather than compete.
The cuts follow the lines of the body without adding weight, while the material choices reflect Alo’s ongoing focus on function. This approach allows the clothing to stay visually quiet while still delivering performance.

Hair by Kristian Kanika and makeup by Stacey Tan follow the same approach. Nothing feels overly polished or deliberately undone. Instead, they support the natural energy of the shoot.
Rather than chase performance extremes, the campaign leans into recovery and restoration. Alo uses Akech’s presence to show how activewear can support quiet routines, from walking and stretching to reflection. The visuals suggest the body as its own rhythm, and the clothes respond to it, whether that means providing stretch or breathability.

The focus shifts away from high-speed training or athletic spectacle. This balance allows the clothing to serve more than one purpose: it performs, but it also supports stillness.
Alo Yoga’s Summer 2025 collection is now available through the brand’s website and selected retailers. The campaign offers a glimpse of how the clothes function in real time.
