Stéphane Rolland presented Love for Peace at Barcelona Bridal Night during Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week 2026, marking his first fashion show in Spain. The event unfolded at Hall 8 of the Montjuïc venue, where the designer, together with artistic director Pierre Martinez, staged a performance that brought together couture, music, and spoken word. The presentation focused on a clear idea: fashion as a shared language tied to life, love, and the transmission of knowledge across generations.

The evening opened with a segment dedicated to emerging talent. Students from IED Barcelona, LCI Barcelona, and ESDI presented 23 designs developed under Rolland’s mentorship through the Sculpted by Nature project. Using fabrics provided by Gratacós, the participants explored volume, structure, and organic forms. The pieces introduced sculptural silhouettes shaped through careful construction. This opening established a dialogue between established practice and new voices, placing education and exchange at the center of the event.

Following this introduction, Rolland presented a collection of 80 pieces to an audience of over a thousand guests. The show included his ready-to-wear bridal line Noce de Sang alongside a selection of haute couture gowns drawn from his career on the red carpet and at gala events. The designs focused on structured volumes and precise cuts, forming silhouettes that define Rolland’s approach. The palette remained anchored in bridal white, with red and black reserved for evening looks.

The Barcelona Youth Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Carlos Checa, performed works by Chopin, Debussy, Bach, and others, while Nathalie Poza recited “Cet amour” and selected lyrics. The project extended beyond the runway through a charitable initiative. Ahead of the event, Rolland donated 22 original sketches, now displayed at the Barcelona Bridal Night 10th Edition Museum. The proceeds support the Kálida Foundation, which provides assistance to individuals undergoing cancer treatment and their families. The evening concluded with a commemorative cake created by Lolita Bakery, bringing the event to a close while acknowledging its position within the broader program of Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week.
