Thom Sweeney looks to British, Italian and American menswear for Fall Winter 2026, developing a wardrobe centered on outerwear, tailoring and refined everyday pieces. Since introducing ready-to-wear in 2013, the label has steadily expanded its outerwear category, which reaches its broadest offering this season.
FALL WINTER 2026
Outerwear leads the collection through familiar functional forms translated into richer materials. A dark brown parka keeps the recognizable proportions of the original style while replacing conventional technical fabric with suede and a full shearling lining. The construction brings a softer character to a garment rooted in utility.

A mock-collar bomber follows in chocolate brown cashmere, finished with press-stud cuffs, tonal piping and gunmetal hardware. A detachable mink fur collar changes the character of the jacket and adds another material to its utilitarian construction. Thom Sweeney continues the bomber category with a green merino wool shirt-collar version.
The double melton wool jacket references traditional worker clothing through its point collar and slightly elongated cut. These pieces extend the label’s tailoring knowledge into casual outerwear while retaining clean proportions and considered construction.
Color helps connect the different categories. Brown appears throughout outerwear, tailoring and knitwear in cognac, tobacco, chocolate and bark. Olive, moss and army green add depth, while midnight blue and charcoal provide darker foundations for the season.

Tailoring develops ideas and details drawn from Thom Sweeney’s bespoke work. A chocolate brown double-breasted jacket uses pure cashmere and a low-buttoning 6×1 front inspired by relaxed 1990s tailoring. Jetted pockets and broad peak lapels complete the design.
An unstructured glen plaid jacket demonstrates the pattern matching of the label’s Italian workshop. A silk-blend herringbone blazer draws from British country clothing and uses wider notch lapels. Thom Sweeney also introduces a double-breasted dinner jacket with curved lapels influenced by bespoke tailoring.
A grey chalkstripe suit connects the collection to New York, where Thom Sweeney recently opened a flagship boutique on Madison Avenue. The reference adds an American element to a season already shaped by British and Italian menswear traditions.

Knitwear and casual pieces continue the material focus. Brushed cashmere appears in a baby blue knitted polo, while a silk broad-collar shirt accompanies the tailored pieces. Double-knit jersey track pants pair with a matching crew neck for relaxed dressing.
Corduroy trousers arrive in chunky and fine wale versions, drawing from Ivy League style as alternatives to chinos and denim. Their inclusion continues the collection’s interest in American clothing alongside European tailoring.
Fall Winter 2026 presents Thom Sweeney’s ready-to-wear through a broader range of outerwear, relaxed tailoring and casual pieces. Cashmere, shearling, suede, wool, silk and corduroy give familiar menswear forms a richer material character, while the collection connects influences from Britain, Italy and the United States through a consistent approach to proportion and construction.
