Nothing has named V, also known as Kim Taehyung of BTS, as its new Global Brand Ambassador. The partnership begins with a campaign shot in Seoul by photographer Dorothea Sing Zhang and introduces the brand’s Headphone (1) Pro, its latest premium over-ear model.

The campaign places V within a visual concept focused on experimentation, movement and creative expression. Nothing developed the project around the relationship between artistic instinct and technical design, positioning V as a natural partner for its approach to audio. The shoot includes Ear (3a), Headphone (1), Headphone (a) and Ear (3), extending the partnership beyond a single product launch.

For the campaign concept, Nothing looked toward music videos and moving-image experiments that place movement at the center of performance. The brand referenced Jamiroquai’s “Virtual Insanity,” Gene Kelly’s “Singin’ in the Rain” and the work of Spike Lee. Eadweard Muybridge’s early experiments with sequential photography also informed the visual direction, with layered images of V used to suggest movement and creative process.
Music became another part of the development. Nothing wanted a track that reflected V’s versatility, with jazz entering the conversation before the team considered George Michael and Spandau Ballet. They eventually selected Suzanne Vega’s “Tom’s Diner.”

Headphone (1) Pro arrives as Nothing’s most advanced audio product to date. The over-ear headphones use a triple-driver architecture designed to separate bass, midrange and treble reproduction. The system includes a 40mm bass driver alongside dedicated midrange and xMEMS treble drivers, with a frequency response extending from 20Hz to 40kHz.
Nothing also equips the model with its strongest active noise cancellation system so far, using ten microphones. The headphones support high-resolution audio and LDAC, while a Flat EQ mode developed with London’s Metropolis Studios gives users an option designed around more neutral listening. Dynamic Spatial Audio adds another listening mode to the package.

The exterior continues Nothing’s transparent industrial approach through visible elements, glass panels and metal details. The headphones support wired listening through a 3.5mm connection and USB-C alongside wireless playback. Battery life reaches up to 68 hours with active noise cancellation switched off.
V’s appointment expands Nothing’s growing relationship with musicians. Earlier in 2026, Charli xcx joined the company as its first Global Brand Ambassador and shareholder. The addition of V gives the brand another major music figure as it develops its presence across audio, design and contemporary culture.
