Being significant for this sophisticated collection is its preference for classical beauty and modern elegance that is paired with a rather restrained opulence. Dresses made of floating fabrics are enduringly flattering the female silhouette. Due to their delicate material choice, they give the looks a highly graceful, timeless yet contemporary approach. Thus, light fabrics such as chiffon, crepe and lurex are repeatedly applied. Therefore this line is the perfect pick for the cosmopolitan woman that celebrates her sensual, unapproachable and classy side. Traditional elements team up with contemporary ideas.

The rather restrained colour palette consisting of endlessly elegant, sophisticated shades, contributes to the graceful overall image. Metallics, such as gold and silver, play a central role. They are applied in a highly delicate way. In addition to this colour choice, soft shades, for example “Antique White” and “Feather Grey“, express the divine lightness of these creations. “Vacchetta Brown“, a very warm brown nuance, reminds us of the well- known AIGNER DNA with its equestrian sports heritage. Another hue that stays in mind is “Dusty Rose“, a soft rose embodying feminine gracefulness. Apart of that, two blue nuances, “Dawn Blue” and “Dusty Blue“, take their inspirations from the trendy jeans tones of the ’90s.

The whole collection creatively plays with fabrics and volumes: oversized tendencies can be noticed in sundry looks. Various lengths, that remind us of traditional Spanish and Latin American robes, are favourites of this collection. Voluminous puff sleeves plus dresses that are similar to aprons team up with wide trousers, short tops and leather jackets. Additionally, layering plays a central role.

The accessories are focused on grained leather, metallic finishings and the unique Vacchetta leather which develops through the years. Highlights are special creations with golden surfaces, natural linen or other unique details. The detail- awareness of this collection makes it so inspiring and interesting to observe.

Five different handbags are shown: Cybill Special, Siena, Vicenza, Artigiana and Monaco.

The “Cybill Special“, which is AIGNER‘s signature bag, stays a very important accessory in this collection. This season it is interpreted in various ways, for instance with woven leather stripes in Vacchetta and a white seam.

The “Siena” bag is a very puristic, timeless bag that has all what it takes to be considered as a new “Icon- Bag“. For the show, different editions of the “Siena” bag have been created, for instance a golden- shining version.

Our favourite picks of the “Vicenza” bag are its over- sized versions in “Antique White” and “Feather Grey”.

The “Artigiana” bag is your choice if you are a friend of retro- looks. This one is inspired by one of AIGNER’S best sellers.

The “Monaco” series picks up the saddle- bag topic in a very inspiring way. Traditional elements are mixed with modern ones, and therefore new optics are created.

The opulent jewellery of the show rounds off these lavish looks. Necklaces are vividly mixed and matched together, earrings are worn oversized or in transparent optics. Felt hats take their inspiration from Latin American hats. Oversized sunglasses radiate ’70 vibes.

The whole collection feels like a celebration of classical beauty that is interpreted in a contemporary way. A rather restrained opulence must not be missing and is giving the looks their divine character.
