Anthony Ledru, president and chief executive officer of Tiffany & Co., described Portman’s presence as aligned with the house’s values. In a statement shared with WWD, he cited her sophistication, authenticity and intelligence as qualities that resonate with the brand. Ledru added that Portman represents the modern Tiffany woman through elegance and courage as the company continues to develop its storytelling.

The announcement arrives alongside a new Tiffany & Co. campaign featuring Portman. Photographer Gordon von Steiner shot the images inside the company’s Fifth Avenue flagship, The Landmark. The campaign presents the actress wearing pieces from HardWear by Tiffany, Sixteen Stone by Tiffany and Knot by Tiffany collections.
Portman’s association with the jeweler spans several public appearances over the years. At the 2011 Academy Awards, where she won Best Actress for Black Swan, she wore Paloma Picasso rubellite tassel earrings together with Jean Schlumberger flame earrings styled in her hair. More recently, she appeared in Tiffany & Co. jewelry at the Cannes Film Festival last May, selecting a diamond Wave necklace, platinum earrings with diamonds and an 18-karat white gold ring with diamonds.

The HardWear collection appears as a central focus within the new imagery. During an interview with WWD, Portman described the collection as connected to New York through references to Manhattan architecture and skyline forms. She also noted that the design allows the pieces to transition between everyday settings and formal events.
Tiffany & Co. will expand the campaign through film. Directors Mona Fastvold and Brady Corbet created a campaign short through Magna Studios, with cinematography by Hoyte van Hoytema. The film will premiere during the upcoming Oscars broadcast.

In comments shared with WWD, Portman explained that the film explores several forms of love through scenes drawn from different parts of a woman’s life, including work, family and self-reflection. The campaign introduces Portman as a central figure in Tiffany & Co.’s new global storytelling.
