Martin Scorsese Leads Kith and Armani’s New Campaign

Kith and Giorgio Armani have teamed up for the first time, selecting renowned filmmaker Martin Scorsese as the face of their new campaign. This partnership blends the distinct styles of Kith’s modern streetwear with Armani’s elegance, a union that is elevated by Scorsese’s iconic presence. While this is Kith’s inaugural collaboration with the Italian fashion house, it isn’t the first time Armani and Scorsese have crossed paths— the filmmaker’s long-standing friendship with the designer made him a natural choice for the campaign.

Scorsese’s deep connection to Giorgio Armani dates back to their work on Made in Milan, a documentary directed by Scorsese that chronicles Armani’s rise in the fashion world and his impact on design. This history laid the groundwork for a collaboration that highlights their shared values: a love for craftsmanship, a commitment to storytelling, and an enduring connection to their roots. Scorsese’s ties to New York City, echoed by Kith founder Ronnie Fieg’s own background, further cement the authenticity of this partnership.

The campaign video, now available, brings Scorsese’s cinematic style to the fashion world, presenting a narrative that goes beyond traditional fashion advertising. To celebrate the launch, Kith is hosting an exclusive pop-up event in New York City, providing an immersive experience for fans. The pop-up will take place at a specially renovated townhouse on the Upper East Side, located at 170 East 80th Street, on September 6-7. This limited-time preview will offer early access to the collection, allowing visitors to explore the fusion of Kith’s contemporary edge with Armani’s classic style in a unique, curated environment.

Following the pop-up, the Kith x Giorgio Armani collection will officially launch globally on September 13, available through both brands’ online platforms. This collaboration signifies a new chapter for Armani, demonstrating its ability to innovate and appeal to younger audiences while maintaining its core identity. For Kith, aligning with a legendary fashion house like Armani marks a significant step in solidifying its place in the luxury fashion industry.
