Nike expands its lineup of recovery footwear with the introduction of the ReactX Rejuven8 Clog, a slip-on model designed for comfort, convenience, and post-training relief. As foam-based footwear gains popularity among both athletes and casual wearers, Nike’s latest offering aims to bridge the gap between performance and daily wear. Built entirely from Nike’s ReactX foam, the Rejuven8 delivers a lightweight, cushioned experience meant to reduce foot fatigue and enhance relaxation.

This model brings a distinct performance-driven approach that separates it from conventional foam footwear. Whether used for post-workout recovery, casual wear, or all-day standing comfort, the ReactX Rejuven8 enters the market with features that set it apart.

Design and Construction

The ReactX Rejuven8 is crafted using Nike’s signature ReactX foam, a material engineered for responsiveness and impact absorption. The design showcases an ultra-wavy, sculpted aesthetic, with a one-piece construction that eliminates the need for additional overlays or stitching. This approach reduces excess materials, keeping the shoe lightweight and flexible.

Nike has implemented ventilation cutouts across the vamp and lateral sections to enhance breathability, allowing air to flow through and keep feet cool during extended wear. The wide forefoot area accommodates various foot shapes, ensuring that the clog remains comfortable even during prolonged use.

Unlike some traditional foam-based slip-ons, the ReactX Rejuven8 includes a sticky rubber outsole, adding traction and stability on a variety of surfaces. This grippy underfoot design makes it more practical for outdoor movement, rather than just indoor lounging or casual wear. The combination of ReactX foam cushioning, improved breathability, and enhanced grip positions the ReactX Rejuven8 as a well-rounded recovery shoe.

Performance and Comfort

Nike’s ReactX foam is a significant upgrade over standard React foam, offering a 13% increase in energy return, making each step feel lighter and more responsive. This feature is particularly beneficial for athletes and individuals who spend long hours on their feet, as it helps reduce foot fatigue and promotes better recovery.

The shock-absorbing properties of ReactX foam allow the shoe to distribute pressure more evenly, making it a strong option for post-training recovery or long-distance walking. The foam is also engineered to maintain durability, preventing the excessive compression that some foam clogs experience over time.

Another key advantage of the ReactX foam is its environmental footprint. According to Nike, this material reduces carbon emissions by up to 43% compared to the previous React formulation. This aligns with the brand’s broader goal of achieving net-zero emissions by 2050. By incorporating lower-impact materials without compromising on performance, the ReactX Rejuven8 brings sustainability to the forefront of Nike’s comfort footwear segment.

Colorways and Release Details

Nike initially introduced the Rejuven8 Clog in four colorways:

  • Black – A sleek, versatile staple that works in any setting.
  • Light Orewood Brown – A muted, neutral shade that pairs well with everyday wear.
  • Green Strike – A vibrant electric green that stands out.
  • Safety Orange – A bright, high-visibility color that adds a bold touch to the lineup.

Following the initial release, Nike expanded the selection to include additional color options, such as:

  • Glacier Blue – A soft pastel blue offering a lifestyle-driven aesthetic.
  • Smoke Grey – A darker, understated variation with a refined look.
  • Team Orange – A deeper burnt orange tone complementing fall and transitional wardrobes.

With this range, the lineup balances understated neutrals with bold statement hues, offering options for both minimalists and those drawn to vibrant choices like the Green Strike pair or the Glacier Blue pair, both bringing dynamic finishes to the sculpted foam aesthetic.

Nike plans to introduce even more colorways throughout the year, with upcoming releases expected to include:

  • Persian Violet – A rich purple-blue shade that adds a unique contrast to the collection.
  • Dusty Cactus – A soft teal-green, inspired by natural desert hues.

Each colorway maintains the sculpted foam texture and ventilation features, giving wearers a mix of neutral, muted, and vibrant choices to suit different style preferences. The monotone finishes allow the ReactX Rejuven8 to transition easily from a performance-focused shoe to a casual daily essential.

The ReactX Rejuven8 Clog is priced at $70 for adult sizing and $60 for grade school sizing. Select colorways have seen high demand, with certain sizes selling out quickly upon release.

Where to Buy

The Nike ReactX Rejuven8 Clog is available for purchase through Nike.com, Nike retail stores, and select partner retailers including Flight Club and GOAT. Due to the popularity of certain colorways, some sizes may be unavailable at various times.

Shoppers can check Nike’s official store and reseller platforms for updates on restocks and new releases.

SNEAKERS

Nike’s ReactX Rejuven8 Clog represents a performance-first approach to slip-on footwear, providing a recovery-focused design backed by advanced cushioning technology. The use of ReactX foam, strategic ventilation cutouts, and a durable rubber outsole ensures that it remains versatile beyond traditional indoor wear.

With more colorways on the way and a growing consumer interest in comfortable yet stylish slip-ons, the ReactX Rejuven8 Clog strengthens Nike’s expanding lineup of comfort footwear.
