AC Milan and PUMA have released the club’s Third kit for the 2025/26 season, introducing a yellow and green colorway that draws direct influence from Milan’s fashion scene. The design uses an all-over reinterpretation of the ACM monogram, referencing Milanese design culture and the visual language of luxury labels seen throughout the city. It also marks a visual connection to the club’s 1995/96 Serie A-winning campaign.
The yellow base is accented with green details, presenting a sharp contrast that sets the kit apart from traditional football designs. The updated monogram functions as a central visual device, giving the shirt a distinctive pattern while nodding to past AC Milan designs.

Marco Mueller, Senior Director of Product Line Management at PUMA, explained that the aim was to create a design that reflects Milan’s fashion-forward character. According to Mueller, the monogram graphic ties together the club’s history with the design sensibility that defines its city. He positioned the kit as one that speaks to both fans and players, visually and culturally.
AC Milan’s Chief Commercial Officer, Maikel Oettle, noted that the reveal was timed to coincide with the team’s Asia-Pacific pre-season tour, describing the kit as part of the club’s preparations for the upcoming season. He emphasized that the new kit continues AC Milan’s visual tradition by reinterpreting historical elements in a current design language.

The kit comes in two variants: Authentic and Replica. The Authentic version is made using PUMA’s ULTRAWEAVE fabric, designed to minimize weight and friction. The Replica version offers a similar appearance with a fit suited for casual use. Both incorporate dryCELL technology, which manages moisture for added comfort during physical activity.
The Replica jerseys are produced using PUMA’s RE:FIBRE program, which turns used polyester and textile waste into new material. At least 95% of each Replica jersey comes from recycled content, underlining the brand’s shift toward a more sustainable production method.

The official reveal took place in Hong Kong at the KAI TAK SPORTS PARK MALL PUMA Store during a fan-focused launch event. This was part of AC Milan’s pre-season visit to the region.
The Third kit is available through PUMA’s online store, AC Milan’s official retail channels, and selected global partners.
