sacai and Carhartt WIP continue their collaboration with a third capsule collection for Fall 2025. The 19-piece release arrives on October 3, offering a reinterpretation of Carhartt WIP’s classic workwear with sacai’s distinctive design sensibility. The collaboration builds on previous collections while introducing new silhouettes that carry details unique to both brands.

The Detroit Jacket, one of Carhartt WIP’s most recognizable pieces, takes a new form through sacai’s perspective. For this collection, the jacket arrives as a hybrid with sacai’s puffer. Designers integrated an insulating lining on the inside and traditional down-stitching across the canvas shell, creating a garment that delivers warmth while maintaining Carhartt WIP’s structure. A leather jacket adds further dimension to the capsule, cropped with an asymmetric front closure and biker-inspired detailing.

The collection extends into womenswear with a skirt that combines Carhartt WIP’s Arctic Jacket and Double-Knee Pant. sacai applied its signature oversized pocket details, creating a piece that reflects both utilitarian roots and experimental design. A unisex jacket expands the idea of reconstruction even further by vertically combining elements of the Detroit Jacket and Arctic Jacket, reshaping them into an unfamiliar but coherent silhouette. Cotton canvas designs within the men’s and unisex lines feature a garment-washed treatment, producing a softer surface and a lived-in look. Every item carries a co-branded woven Square Label, signaling the collaboration.

To mark the release, sacai and Carhartt WIP planned several activations ahead of the global launch. On October 2, Landmark in Hong Kong hosts a pop-up event featuring the full collection. The same day, pre-launches roll out at SKP-S in Beijing, Qiantan Taikooli in Shanghai, and at Cheongdam and Galleria Department Men’s Store in Korea. These previews offer select audiences early access to the capsule before it arrives worldwide.

The full launch arrives on October 3, with the collection available at sacai stores, the official online shops of both brands, and select global retailers. The staggered rollout extends the collaboration’s presence, bringing it to major markets in Asia and expanding its international reach.
