
Salomon collaborates with Latin Grammy-winning artist Feid to launch the XT-Pathway 2 FERXXO, a project that brings the performer into the brand’s creative core. The partnership introduces Feid as both global ambassador and creative partner, marking a new direction for Salomon’s approach to collaboration. Together, they created a sneaker that connects the brand’s technical innovation with Feid’s identity and visual energy.
Feid, born Salomón Villada Hoyos, has long embraced Salomon footwear both on and off stage. His first official collaboration with the brand translates his artistic identity into physical form. The XT-Pathway 2 FERXXO draws from the original XT-Pathway model, part of Salomon’s XT Family, known for its advanced construction and athletic function. Feid injects his distinct style and cultural background into the new edition, connecting the energy of Medellín’s lush mountains to his signature bright green color, which serves as a symbol of hope.

The design incorporates several personal details that reflect Feid’s creativity and sense of individuality. The sneaker features glow-in-the-dark elements, custom charms attached to the Quicklace™ system, and a hand-drawn caricature sketched by the artist. Each pair includes a woven “FXXOMOR” label, representing his connection to fans and the authenticity of his work. Every element contributes to a design that fuses outdoor function with the visual rhythm of Feid’s music.
Jenny Taylor, Salomon’s VP of Marketing, emphasized the importance of the collaboration for both the brand and Feid’s community. She explained that Feid approached the project with a strong sense of purpose and authenticity, aligning with Salomon’s philosophy of creativity and performance. Taylor described the partnership as a bridge between the brand’s innovation and a cultural movement led by Feid’s global fanbase.

Feid expressed pride in his new creative role, describing the project as an extension of his artistic vision. He focused on the importance of personal expression and the challenge of introducing new design elements, such as the shoe’s distinctive charms. He described the XT-Pathway 2 FERXXO as an object meant to stand out, both visually and energetically, reflecting the same momentum that drives his music.
The XT-Pathway 2 FERXXO launches on October 25 in North America and Latin America, followed by a global release on October 28. It will be available at select Salomon stores and online at Salomon.com for $140.
