Balenciaga introduces its End-of-Year Gifting campaign, a project that centers on the act of giving through a focused set of images created with photographer Marie Valognes. The campaign presents giftable pieces held by hands detailed with holiday-themed nail art. Each portrait directs attention to the textures, finishes, and materials that define the items, while the nails reference familiar symbols of the season.

The portraits use nail art to draw attention to Balenciaga signatures. Mini purse and evergreen tree designs sit next to the smooth calfskin or strass surfaces of the Rodeo Bag. Metallic 3D ribbons placed across the nails echo the polished shine of the patent leather Avenue Pump. Sweater motifs, candy cane stripes, and tinsel accents point toward the soft arena lamb or waxed suede finishes of the Le City Bag. A single B-monogrammed nail directs focus toward the hardware of the Venom City boot, creating a direct link between the hands and the details of the collection.

The campaign also introduces Balenciaga Charms as a way to personalize gifts. The selection includes a miniature version of the Alaska fleece-lined suede boot, a souvenir Eiffel Tower, a hotel key tassel, a crystal-covered bow, and Balenciaga Beads. These pieces attach to bag handles and zipper pulls, adding a layer of customization to the gifting process.

Additional accessories appear throughout the campaign as part of a broader gifting environment. Leather Opera gloves sit next to silver hairclips and combs, creating small clusters of items that suggest different approaches to styling. A leather Passport wallet, an etched tumbler with a metal straw, and scents from the Balenciaga Fragrance Collection round out the assortment.

Balenciaga has created a clear gifting category for this moment, now available in select stores worldwide and online. The campaign positions these pieces as part of a curated selection designed for end-of-year exchanges.
