Gentle Monster introduces the 2026 Circuit Collection through a collaboration with Disney and Formula 1, drawing from the structural language and velocity of racing cars. The collection examines visual and mechanical elements associated with motorsport and translates them into eyewear through material choice and frame construction.
EYEWEAR
The Circuit Collection includes eight eyewear styles constructed from lightweight and durable materials. Frame structures reference key components found in racing vehicles, including shapes inspired by front wings and air ducts. These elements influence curvature, thickness, and overall form, creating silhouettes that emphasize motion and structural clarity. Wraparound designs extend across the collection, introducing frames that follow the contour of the face while maintaining stability and balance.
Three designs draw direct inspiration from Disney’s Mickey and Friends. These frames incorporate visual references tied to the characters while maintaining the collection’s racing focus. The collection connects Disney characters with Formula 1 mechanical references, introducing recognizable imagery into the frame designs.

Visual narratives focus on the sensation of speed associated with racing circuits, paired with references to Disney characters. The campaign presents eyewear within an environment shaped by movement and acceleration, aligning the frames with motorsport imagery.
Gentle Monster extends the Circuit Collection through dedicated physical installations. Pop-up spaces opened in Seoul and Shanghai to mark the release. Each installation incorporates a Formula 1 car placed within the interior environment. A large sculpture inspired by Disney’s Mickey Mouse appears alongside the vehicle. Additional features within the pop-up environments include a Mickey Mouse themed photo booth.

Through the 2026 Circuit Collection, Gentle Monster develops eyewear defined by references to motorsport structure and Disney characters. Lightweight construction, aerodynamic form, and character-based designs shape the collection’s direction.
