Moncler expands its Trailgrip line for the new outdoor season with the release of the Trailgrip LP, its lightest technical sneaker to date. Designed for spring, the model weighs just 380 grams and introduces a stripped-back, low-profile silhouette focused on performance and versatility.

The design reflects Moncler’s longstanding connection to the mountains while refining its approach for a broader range of use. The Trailgrip LP takes cues from scrambling, a discipline that combines hiking and rock climbing. This influence shapes the structure of the shoe, guiding its approach to grip, flexibility, and support.
The midsole sits concealed within the structure, a choice that enhances cushioning while keeping the silhouette compact and close to the ground. This approach allows for better stability during movement without adding bulk. The reduced visual weight of the midsole supports the shoe’s minimal profile.
At the front, a TPU toe cap marked with the Moncler logo wraps around the shoe, providing reinforced protection in high-impact areas. This element connects directly with the Vibram outsole, forming a continuous structure that runs from toe to heel. The integration of these components strengthens durability and creates a unified construction that supports traction across different surfaces. The outsole delivers reliable grip, allowing the shoe to perform across rocky paths and urban pavement alike.
The upper introduces a design focused on adaptive comfort. Its structure accommodates movement while maintaining support, ensuring the foot remains secure during shifts in terrain. A defined M-shaped detail adds a distinct visual marker, reinforcing the identity of the model within the Trailgrip family. Above the outsole, protective foxing shields the upper from abrasion while strengthening the overall build. This detail also connects the Trailgrip LP to earlier designs in the line.
