Pascal has built a career that ranges from prestige television to blockbuster film to theatre. His roles in The Last of Us, The Mandalorian, Fantastic Four, Eddington, and De Noche cover drama, action, and science fiction. The upcoming Behemoth! promises to bring yet another transformative turn. Off screen, Pascal has been a long-standing supporter of Doctors Without Borders, co-hosted the Artists for Aid benefit concert in Los Angeles in January 2026, raising $5.5 million for humanitarian relief in Palestine and Sudan, and has publicly championed the LGBTQ+ community. Chanel points to his charisma, humour, and genuine ability to bring people together as the qualities that make him a natural fit for the house.
Pascal said he finds Blazy’s vision powerful, elegant, and warm, and that the creative universe Blazy has built feels like one where there is something for everyone. He described joining the house as both a happiness and an honour, and said he is eager to see where Blazy takes Chanel next. Pascal also noted that what draws him to the house is its ability to stay modern and relevant without letting go of its history, something he said genuinely excites him about being part of what comes next.
Blazy said Pascal is a wonderful man and an incredible actor, and that his kindness, talent, and perspective on the world are both inviting and inspiring. Blazy added that he is happy to embark on this new chapter together, and that welcoming Pascal into the Chanel family feels like a natural next step.
Last October, Pascal attended Blazy’s debut Chanel collection, the Spring Summer 2026 show held at the Grand Palais in Paris. Few months later, at the 98th Academy Awards in Los Angeles, he arrived dressed in Chanel. The appearance at one of the entertainment industry’s most watched annual events confirmed to a global audience that the relationship between Pascal and the house had taken on a formal dimension.
