Nike updates the Air Force 1 ’07 with a new Anthracite and Football Blue colorway that centers the design on materials, construction and daily wear. The pair uses a restrained palette across the familiar low top shape, allowing the leather panels, perforations and sole details to define the look.

The upper combines synthetic and genuine leather across the main structure. This material mix gives the shoe a durable build and preserves the smooth tonal appearance that defines the Air Force 1. Anthracite covers most of the design and creates a dark base across the toe, side panels, heel and collar. Football Blue introduces a cooler note within the palette and adds definition to the otherwise muted composition.
Perforations across the toe box add ventilation and break up the leather surface. The openings allow air to move through the front of the shoe during extended wear. Nike also adds a padded collar around the ankle. The cushioning supports the foot and creates a close fit, continuing one of the model’s established comfort features.
The shoe follows the traditional Air Force 1 structure underfoot. Nike places an Air unit inside the sole to provide lightweight cushioning and responsive support. The system helps absorb impact during daily movement and gives the shoe the underfoot feel that helped establish the model beyond the basketball court.
A rubber outsole completes the construction. Nike includes the familiar pivot circle pattern beneath the forefoot and heel, connecting the design to the Air Force 1’s original basketball function. The circular grooves support traction and movement and retain a detail that has remained part of the shoe since its early years.
Nike first introduced the Air Force 1 in 1982 as a performance basketball shoe. The model later moved into everyday wardrobes and became one of the company’s most recognizable lifestyle designs. The Air Force 1 ’07 continues that role through its low top construction, familiar proportions and practical approach to daily use.
