PUMA Hoops releases the Hali 1 Smoke on Friday, January 30, introducing a new colorway of Tyrese Haliburton‘s signature basketball shoe. The Smoke edition arrives in a gray smoke finish and continues the rollout of the Hali 1, which debuted in September with the Opal colorway as Haliburton’s first signature model.

Designer Salehe Bembury developed the Hali 1 with a futuristic visual approach paired with performance-driven construction. The shoe uses NITROFOAM™, a nitrogen-infused cushioning system that delivers responsiveness with a lightweight feel. A TPU midfoot shank provides added stability, while PUMAGRIP supplies a high-abrasion rubber outsole built for reliable traction.
The silhouette takes cues from Haliburton’s style of play through fluid lines and sculpted detailing. The upper features amplified PUMA Cat branding, Haliburton’s signature logo on the tongue, and textured elements associated with Bembury’s design language. These details give the shoe a distinct appearance designed for play on the court and wear off it.
The Hali 1 Smoke retails for $130 and releases globally on January 30 through PUMA.com, the PUMA app, PUMA Flagship stores in New York City and Las Vegas, and select retail partners.
