PUMA and LaMelo Ball will introduce the MB.06 Puerto Rico and LaFrancé Puerto Rico through an exclusive launch dedicated to basketball, local culture and community. The special edition footwear collection draws from the island’s vivid colors and energy, while both designs pay tribute to Puerto Rico’s deep connection to the game.

The launch gives local fans the first opportunity to purchase Ball’s newest signature basketball model before PUMA begins the wider MB.06 rollout. It also brings the next chapter of the MB franchise directly to one of basketball’s most passionate communities. PUMA and Ball will pair the footwear debut with LaMelo’s Jangueo en Bayamón, an immersive event dedicated to Puerto Rico’s basketball culture and local fan community.

During the Bayamón event, attendees can purchase the MB.06 Puerto Rico and LaFrancé Puerto Rico while supplies last. The gathering will give fans direct access to both designs and introduce the latest signature model through an in person experience focused on the island’s passion for basketball.

PUMA will extend local availability beyond the event through its three outlet stores in Puerto Rico. Each outlet will receive a limited number of MB.06 Puerto Rico pairs, giving additional customers a chance to buy the shoe during the exclusive island release.

The MB.06 Puerto Rico offers the first public look at Ball’s newest signature model before its wider commercial debut. The LaFrancé Puerto Rico joins it as the second design in the collection, creating a two shoe release exclusive to Puerto Rico. Both editions reflect the colors and energy that inspired the project.

PUMA plans to release the first commercial MB.06 colorway in September. The company will announce additional information about that launch at a later date.
