Boa is a floating city within a city, and is technically feasible. The foundation of Boa is a series of poured concrete cells, which are combined to form a buoyant platform. The grid of these cells serves as the foundation for the rigid steel. Continue for more after the jump:

I'm a fan of things that are new and innovative, however; I'll be honest… this is a bit of an eyesore to the city of Boston and seriously does not fit in with the classic New England architecture and feel of the city. Yes the downtown has some great glass skyscrapers, but this is a whole other story…
