Milan, Italy, is launching “Milano Summer School”, by opening the doors of twenty of its most prestigious schools and universities to curious people willing to learn Italian, discover Opera or be intrigued by last fashion and design trends.
From June 19th to August 9th 2010, Milan will become a laboratory of cosmopolitan studies with a rich and varied calendar of over 100 classes integrated with cultural and social programs. The enrichment courses, which are open to both foreign and Italian university students,young professionals and curious people, offer an amazing opportunity to spend the summer in style in an international context.
Among the participating institutions are Accademia Teatro alla Scala, Istituto di Moda Burgo (Fashion), Domus Academy (Design), SDA Bocconi University (Economics) and Politecnico di Milano (Architecture). The initiative will assist students in finding temporary housing and will put in place a social program to help them interact and create a real community.
