Designer Jonny Johansson presented Acne Studios‘ Fall Winter 2018.19 collection inspired by the wardrobe of the people who made a decision to escape the city life. The show was held during the ongoing Paris Fashion Week Haute Couture.

“Romantic and practical, a layered look of separates that creates character. Oversized trench coats have raglan sleeves and snap fastenings, while a putty pink trench is worn with a blanket scarf. Waxed cotton coats look well lived-in. Long silk floral dresses are pleated, with each pleat cut to create raw edges. Grey organza shirts and apron dresses are embroidered with wildflowers. Fine underpinnings in jersey or wool are important, like a ribbed fine wool sweater in bands of colour, as if touched by winter light.“
