Christmas might not be exactly around the corner however Disney is reminding us the ending of their STAR WARS saga is coming to an end. As expect the release is scheduled around the festive period. Star Wars: Episode IX: Rise of Skywalker teaser was released today focusing on it’s lead Daisy Ridley in the character of Red.
The teaser also clears the air confirming the fact princess Leia lives for the finale of the trilogy by Carrie Fisher showing up in the teaser as well. According to JJ Abrams and the Star Wars team Fisher appears in the final trilogy as well thanks to the unused Force Awakens footage.
Star Wars Episode IX: The Rise of Skywalker is scheduled for global cinema release on December 20th, 2019. Scroll down for more of the first images coming in from Episode IX.
