After 14 years, 20 seasons, and hundreds of episodes, Keeping Up With The Kardashians will be coming to an end with the final season airing in early 2021.
The star of the show, Kim Kardashian, shared a lengthy post on social media about the show ending after 14 years. It is with heavy hearts that we’ve made the difficult decision as a family to say goodbye to Keeping Up with the Kardashians. – Kim Kardashian-West posted to her 188 million followers.
The decision to say goodbye to the hit show was made as a family, the statement said. The family also thanked everyone who had been involved in the long-running show, including the E! channel, the production team at Bunim/Murray and Ryan Seacrest, who has been an executive producer on the show since the beginning. With no public reason behind the decision to end the show, MailOnline says it could be Kanye West’s recent breakdown, declining viewing figures, or family members refusing to film.
The show premiered in 2007, and turned the Kardashian-Jenner family into international superstars with a multimedia empire owning the clothing lines, cosmetics companies, apps and constant tabloid interest in their every move.
