Fashion brand ERNEST W. BAKER presented its Fall Winter 2023.24 Collection inspired by the classical elegance and glamour seen in elderly women, on Saturday, January 21st, during the recently finished Paris Fashion Week. The collection titled Grandma Chic explores the blurred lines between menswear and womenswear. It also brings the sense of love and comfort – something so naturally emitted from our grandmothers. This season the brand introduced its womenswear line. Photographer Vladimir Kaminetsky captured the collection looks modeled by Daphne Simons, Rocco Segers, and Cheikh Tall. In charge of styling was Nardi Mauricio, with grooming from beauty artist Michae?l Delmas.
FALL WINTER 2023.24 MENSWEAR COLLECTIONS
“This sense of comfort, warmth and love was reinterpreted in rich boucle?s, leopard prints, ear muffs, crochet knitwear, thick faux furs seen in coats, trimmings and winter boots, referencing all the iconic wardrobe staples and accessories that can both physically keep you comforted but also visually transmit this sense of comfort as well. As with all our collections, there is a piece of who we are left in the collection and the garments themselves. If there is something that we would like to be taken away from the collection this season, it is that a certain fabric, cut and sewn into a particular shape can be something that is still cherished and appreciated for years or generations to come.” – from Ernest W.
