ZARA unveils an exciting new collaboration with Nanushka, the Budapest-based fashion house founded by Sandra Sándor in 2005. This groundbreaking partnership spans menswear, jewelry, and homewares, reflecting Nanushka’s commitment to innovative craftsmanship and a timeless design ethos rooted in “East Meets West” sensibilities. The collection will be available starting October 28 on Zara.com and in select ZARA stores worldwide.

The menswear collection emphasizes versatility with a focus on relaxed, tailored silhouettes. Key pieces include oversized jackets, roomy pleated trousers, cropped Bermudas, and straight-leg options—garments designed for free movement and ease. A standout woolen topcoat with peak lapels and studded leather accents exemplifies the collection’s fusion of utility and style.

Knitwear plays a prominent role, with standout items such as a boxy gray sweater featuring a bold crochet trim. The collection extends the tactile appeal into casentino wool scarves and integrates knit elements into denim pieces. Shirting options range from brushed cotton sets to a satin-touch shirt with a built-in scarf, while jacquard fleece tracksuits bring vintage inspiration to life. The footwear collection features bohemian backless mules and mid-height boots with stacked heels, perfect for free-spirited romantics.

Nanushka’s jewelry collection underlines the collaboration’s intricate craftsmanship. Influenced by organic forms and collective memory, Sándor presents Bauhaus-inspired silver-plated pieces alongside jade-colored resin jewelry, etched with floral motifs rooted in Hungarian tradition. This curated collection includes rings, ear cuffs, earrings, and necklaces, serving as a bridge between the menswear and homeware offerings.

The collaboration’s homeware collection is the most ambitious yet, introducing Nanushka’s first range of furniture alongside carefully curated decor items. Highlights include hand-painted floral ceramics, recycled aluminum trays and candle holders, and totem-inspired candles. The collection also features marble-textured side tables, rattan pieces, and richly textured rugs and cushions, embracing a tactile, organic design approach.

The ZARA x Nanushka collection reflects Sándor’s forward-thinking philosophy while staying deeply connected to traditional aesthetics. From leather accents on day bags and bucket hats to floral etchings on jewelry and vintage-inspired ceramics, every piece showcases a blend of innovation and heritage.

This collection marks a new chapter for both brands, offering a seamless intersection of fashion, design, and lifestyle. Whether through tailored menswear, meticulously crafted jewelry, or artfully curated homeware, the collaboration delivers pieces that embody both beauty and practicality.

The ZARA x Nanushka collection will be available online and in select ZARA stores from October 28, 2024, inviting fashion enthusiasts and design lovers to experience the unique blend of East and West aesthetics firsthand.
