The world’s first Bentley Motors-branded residential tower, Bentley Residences Miami, has officially broken ground at Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. Developed by Dezer Development in partnership with Bentley Motors, the 62-story ultra-luxury condominium is a fusion of automotive prestige and architectural ingenuity, redefining coastal living with groundbreaking features like sky garages, car elevators, and private plunge pools.
ARCHITECTURE
Set to be completed by the end of 2027, the project has achieved tremendous sales success, signaling high demand for this unique residential offering.

Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects in collaboration with Bentley Motors, the tower reflects Bentley’s signature design elements while translating them into architecture. Diamond-quilted glass panels—reminiscent of the carmaker’s interiors—adorn the façade, refracting sunlight to create a shimmering exterior. Inside, subtle nods to Bentley craftsmanship appear throughout, from chrome finishes and diamond-patterned tiling to bespoke door handles, blending automotive elegance with residential luxury.

A highlight of Bentley Residences is the patented Dezervator—a car elevator named after Dezer Development’s President Gil Dezer. This innovation transports residents and their vehicles directly to three- and four-car sky garages, seamlessly integrated into each unit. Designed for privacy and convenience, the sky garages feature optional EV charging stations and space for motorcycles or personal watercraft. Private residences emphasize indoor-outdoor living with expansive terraces featuring heated plunge pools, summer kitchens, and spacious seating areas designed to endure coastal conditions. Ingenious engineering ensures residents can enjoy intimate moments—like lighting candles—high above ground without interference from gusty winds. Interiors continue the theme of refined luxury, with kitchens outfitted in Gaggenau appliances and motorized cabinetry, and primary bathrooms transformed into private spas with saunas, outdoor showers, and behind-mirror TVs. Gil Dezer, President of Dezer Development, shared his vision: “Breaking ground on Bentley Residences is a huge milestone. We are excited to introduce an elevated residential experience that brings the Bentley brand to life in Sunny Isles Beach.”

Complementing its residential offerings, Bentley Residences delivers world-class amenities spanning 20,000 square feet, including an exclusive residents-only restaurant, a whiskey bar, cigar lounge, wellness spa, cinema, and an oceanfront beauty salon. Celebrity chef Todd English, a four-time James Beard Award winner, will helm the dining program, offering curated menus, private catering, and exclusive culinary experiences. Located on 2.4 acres along Miami’s pristine shoreline, the site, once home to the Thunderbird Hotel, carries a legacy that Bentley Residences seeks to honor while charting a new course for ultra-luxury living. With pricing starting at $5.6 million, the project promises an unparalleled combination of privacy, design, and hospitality.
