Hulu has released the Season 5 trailer for Only Murders in the Building and set Tuesday, September 9 for the premiere. The season opens with three episodes, then moves to weekly Tuesday drops on Hulu, with availability on Hulu and Disney+.
The trailer anchors the new case in the Arconia lobby. Lester, the building’s longtime doorman, dies under suspicious circumstances. Charles, Oliver, and Mabel reject the easy answer and open an investigation that pushes them out of their comfort zones. Their friendship runs through the footage, with humor, trust, and shared determination cutting through the darker turns of the case. Quick flashes hint at face-to-face meetings with dangerous contacts, unsettling discoveries, and even a decomposed finger arriving by mail.
