
ALO has officially entered the luxury market with the release of its first bag collection. The debut marks a significant expansion for the label, which has long been known for its studio-to-street aesthetic. The campaign, shot by Steven Meisel, brings the bags into focus with Amelia Gray, Candice Swanepoel, and Daiane Sodré fronting the visuals.

The collection introduces four silhouettes: the Voyage Duffle, Tranquility Tote, Odyssey Bowler, and Balance Bucket. Each design reflects the brand’s Los Angeles roots, with development taking place at the ALO Design House before production moved to Florence. Crafted from responsibly sourced calfskin leather and suede, the bags carry the refinement of traditional Italian leatherwork, visible in the stitching, painted edges, and custom hardware.
ALO places strong emphasis on intentional details. Each bag includes an ALO Intention Crystal, either Smoky Quartz, known for grounding and balance, or Citrine, which represents creativity and prosperity. No two crystals are alike, reinforcing the idea that each accessory carries a distinct personal resonance. The interiors also feature thoughtfully organized compartments, designed to move with the wearer through different parts of the day.


The campaign emphasizes the brand’s new direction toward luxury positioning. Pricing starts at $1,200 USD and climbs to $3,600 USD, with the brand noting that the collection arrives in extremely limited quantities. Each silhouette has its own distinct identity. The Voyage Duffle, inspired by travel, comes in two sizes and offers a head-turning shape ideal for movement. The Tranquility Tote functions as a roomy carry-all, designed to transition smoothly from daytime errands to evening occasions. The Odyssey Bowler delivers a more structured profile, making it suitable for daily commutes and short trips. Finally, the Balance Bucket introduces a softer, slouchy form that delivers casual refinement with ease.
