
The British Fashion Council has announced the categories and nominees for The Fashion Awards 2025 presented by Pandora. The event will take place on 1 December at the Royal Albert Hall in London. For 2025, four categories shape the program: Designer of the Year, British Womenswear Designer, British Menswear Designer, and the Vanguard Award. A jury of nineteen critics, editors, and buyers determined the shortlist, ensuring each nominee reflects quality, innovation, and diversity. Their decisions now move to a voting committee of leading industry members, who will cast ballots confidentially to balance perspectives and guarantee impartial results.


The Designer of the Year award honors a British or international figure whose collections influence the industry at large and set the direction of international design. The 2025 nominees are:
