PUMA introduces the CELL Geo sneaker in new colorways, extending its design direction for 2026. The model builds its identity through a geometric approach that draws directly from CELL technology, translating a familiar concept into a more current form. A decoupled, ridged heel unit defines the silhouette from the ground up, delivering stability and cushioning while shaping its visual presence.

The upper follows with fluid cut lines that move across the surface in a controlled rhythm. These lines guide the eye without disrupting the shoe’s clarity. Semi-shrouded laces sit within this framework, tightening the construction and maintaining a clean, forward-facing look.

CELL technology dates back to the 1990s, where it introduced a hexagonal midsole structure that became central to PUMA’s performance design. The system often worked alongside proprietary features such as visible pods and advanced foam compounds, creating a recognizable base across multiple categories. Over time, CELL expanded through basketball, running, training, and lifestyle footwear, establishing a consistent technical identity within the brand’s lineup.
The CELL Geo continues this trajectory by carrying the original system into a new phase. It builds on established principles while shifting the visual language toward a more sculptural direction. The shoe maintains its technical roots while adapting its form to align with current expectations.

PUMA constructs the CELL Geo using a mix of leather, suede, and ballistic mesh, each chosen to support both durability and texture. The combination allows the silhouette to hold its shape while introducing subtle variation across panels.
The latest colorway pack expands the model’s presence through distinct tonal options. Earthy green offers a grounded approach, while rich blue introduces depth. A vivid orange version brings a sharper contrast, pushing the silhouette into a more expressive direction. PUMA releases the CELL Geo on May 2, 2026, through PUMA website, flagship stores, and selected stockists.
