PUMA introduces the ForeverRun NITRO 3, the newest version of its award-winning stability running shoe. The model targets everyday training and gives runners a smooth, stable ride through updated cushioning, supportive geometry and a revised fit. PUMA combines a plush upper, a new last and a wider midsole with an upgraded dual-density PEBA blend NITROFOAM™ construction.

The dual-density foam system uses two distinct layers to balance cushioning, response and support. A soft nitrogen-infused core supplies lightweight responsiveness and absorbs impact through each stride. A firmer outer rim surrounds that core and adds support when runners need extra guidance. The structure helps the shoe maintain a stable feel during regular road sessions.
PUMA also equips the ForeverRun NITRO™ 3 with its RUNGUIDE SYSTEM. This system strengthens the supportive midsole geometry and helps guide the foot through each stride. A TPU heel component adds further support and contributes to a secure, balanced ride. The wider platform works with these elements to give runners a dependable base during daily training.
PUMA prioritizes comfort and breathability in the upper. The brand uses an engineered knit to promote airflow and adds a highly cushioned collar for a softer feel. PUMA also reshaped the last to improve fit and comfort. These updates create a plush interior and provide the support that runners expect from a stability running shoe.
PUMAGRIP rubber covers the outsole and provides durable traction on several surfaces. The compound helps runners maintain grip during everyday road runs and gives the shoe the durability required for frequent training. PUMA developed the ForeverRun NITRO™ 3 to deliver consistent performance for approximately 800 kilometres, or 500 miles.
The UK size 8 version weighs 270 grams. The UK size 4.5 version weighs 220 grams. Both sizes use a 38 mm heel stack and a 30 mm forefoot stack, which create an 8 mm drop. Those measurements pair substantial cushioning with geometry aimed at stable daily mileage.
Each update addresses a specific part of the running experience. The foam supports cushioning and response. The firmer rim and RUNGUIDE SYSTEM assist guidance. The heel component adds security, and the engineered knit supports airflow. PUMAGRIP completes the construction with traction for regular road use.
