Fashion designer MARC JACOBS presented the Fall 2023 Ready To Wear collection at Park Avenue Armory just a week ahead of New York Fashion Week. The Heroes collection was an homage to the late designer Vivienne Westwood, who passed away in December at 81. The godmother of punk inspired the designer from the top of the models’ peroxide wigs to the bottom of their Kiki platform shoes, which have been one of the most searched boots from the brand. Jacobs recreated Westwood’s signature looks as well as designer’s defiant audacity, and added a dose of his own flair to the collection.
