New V magazine glows in the dark

“The “V” actually glows in the dark! This follows the electric/neon title theme throughout the rest of the issue and inside spreads. V utilizes a special UV gloss that causes the V and the words “V GLOW IN THE DARK” on the cover to actually glow in the dark.
