Elisabetta Franchi presents the Fall Winter 2026 collection at Palazzo Acerbi, reinforcing the historic Milan residence as the Maison’s runway setting. The building, known as the “House of the Devil,” frames the show within its austere architecture and layered past. Franchi reinterprets the space through illumination and presence, transforming its severity into a site defined by assertion and visibility. The show engages directly with memory and architecture, using their weight as a foundation for transformation and personal awareness.

The collection, titled The Power Of Being, draws from Victorian imagery while reframing its codes through contemporary construction. Franchi approaches nineteenth-century discipline through sharply defined silhouettes that sculpt the torso and waist. Wool coats and tailored jackets integrate architectural bodices that reshape the upper body. Internal corsetry and vinyl bustiers reinforce the hourglass line. Each look reflects construction that references historical form while addressing the present.

Franchi balances structural tailoring with fluid garments that introduce softness and variation. Blouses and mini dresses feature layered flounces and ruffles that break rigid outlines. Skirts in georgette and tulle shift through asymmetrical cuts that alter volume and proportion. Georgette blouses include side slits that open with each step, revealing subtle shifts in silhouette. These pieces pair with ultra-high-waisted trousers and slim, lower-cut variations, creating contrast between height and contour.

Crystal embroidery appears throughout skirts, dresses, tops, and pinstripe-inspired suits, introducing reflective detail that integrates directly into the garment structure. Lightweight cashmere, rendered sheer, reveals form while maintaining refinement. Tailored trousers incorporate internal corsetry that shapes the waist before extending into wide or tapered legs. Victorian embroidery executed in black on black integrates into seams and panels, reinforcing the garment’s structure. Rebrodé lace traces the silhouette and introduces transparency that reveals the body.

Black dominates the collection, conveying authority and depth. Ivory introduces brightness that softens the intensity of darker tones. Red injects energy and contrast, punctuating the restrained palette. Navy, mélange grey, and cigar shades extend the tonal range.

Franchi introduces a new accessory for Fall Winter 2026 with the debut of sunglasses bearing her name. The design enters the collection as an extension of identity, reinforcing the visual language established by tailoring and embroidery. This addition expands the Maison’s signature into eyewear while aligning with the collection’s emphasis on self-definition and authorship.
