Ferragamo presents the third chapter of its Legends, Reimagined series with football figure José Mourinho and introduces the Citymatch capsule collection. The two projects examine different forms of excellence through precision, movement, ambition and personal expression.

Mourinho leads the latest Legends, Reimagined campaign as one of modern football’s most influential managers. He has shaped his career through tactical precision, discipline, instinct and a consistent focus on results. His commanding presence and individual approach to leadership have influenced the game and established his reputation across international football.

Ferragamo connects those qualities with values that have guided its design since 1927. The partnership focuses on the importance of repetition, experience, close attention and a clear pursuit of improvement. Mourinho’s methods reflect the controlled process behind the Tramezza collection, which takes the central role in the campaign.

Tramezza represents Ferragamo’s highest level of shoemaking expertise. Artisans complete more than 160 individual steps to produce each pair, using techniques developed through generations of Italian production. The collection takes its name from the leather layer placed between the insole and outsole. This element supports the foot and strengthens the shoe. Salvatore Ferragamo’s patented steel shank adds further support and helps define the construction of each pair.

Legends, Reimagined presents Mourinho as a figure who pursues success according to his own principles. His role in the campaign gives Ferragamo a way to examine leadership, discipline and character through the Tramezza collection.

Ferragamo also introduces Citymatch, a summer capsule inspired by sport, travel and urban movement. The collection covers footwear, ready-to-wear, bags, luggage and small leather goods. It updates familiar Ferragamo silhouettes through athletic references, vivid colors and functional materials.

A smooth calf leather sneaker leads the capsule and comes in green, blue and red. Contrasting stitching emphasizes its shape and movement, while the Gancini detail connects the design with Ferragamo’s visual identity. Cotton piqué polo shirts continue the same color direction. Each version features a knitted collar with contrasting stripes, giving the classic sportswear form a clear graphic finish.

The accessories selection includes a backpack, shoulder bag and duffle bag designed around travel and sport. Ferragamo also applies its all-over Gancini print to luggage and matching small leather goods. The house uses PU fabric for these pieces, choosing a performance-focused material that provides durability and a modern athletic finish. Green, blue and red accents complete the designs.
