Ralph Lauren approaches Spring 2027 through an irreverent view of romance, using ingenuity, originality and character to define a new form of elegance. The designer places personal style at the center of the collection, drawing from historical references while giving each idea an individual, contemporary direction.

Navy and white establish the main palette and keep attention on proportion. Pants lead the collection, often appearing in generous volumes. One recurring shape sits slightly low on the waist and features side buttons from mid-calf to the hem. Ralph Lauren pairs these trousers with slim jackets and waistcoats cut into long tails. Seersucker takes on a dramatic role in one suit that transforms the familiar fabric through exaggerated proportions.
A boned and laced cotton shirt worn with white pants introduces a cleaner interpretation of corsetry. Elsewhere, the collection brings utility and decorative treatments together. A denim workwear jacket gains white feather trim, while distressed jeans appear with dressier pieces. A short blue jacket with a shearling collar adds texture, and a brocade vest arrives with a matching full-sleeved shirt and wide necktie. The tie refers directly to the product that launched Ralph Lauren’s career nearly sixty years ago.
Tailoring shifts between soft precision and sharper structure. Ralph Lauren uses traditional women’s construction for much of the collection, creating controlled silhouettes without excessive rigidity. A white leather jacket features detailed smocking at the back. Two sharply constructed pantsuits reference the first suit Ralph Lauren designed for women. An Italian menswear facility produced these looks with a focus on defined structure.
Eveningwear introduces several distinct directions. A fluid wrap dress uses a single seam, while a navy tank dress carries micro sequins that turn into fringe over trousers. An embroidered velvet robe appears over a white blouse and floral-print jeans treated with gesso paint, bringing decorative techniques into a relaxed combination of fabrics and shapes.
Surface treatment plays a major role throughout Spring 2027. An intricate woven construction reduces the weight of an ombré shearling vest and creates a lighter texture. Ralph Lauren uses a “spritz and tumble” laundering process to rumple full-skirted dresses. Hand-painted and burnout techniques vary the intensity of color on silk lamés and velvets, producing an aged patina.
The collection continues this material experimentation through embroidery and sequins. One skirt uses gesso-painted thread, while another features oversized sequins with a coated finish that reduces their shine. A detailed spray-paint process gives silk brocade an impressionistic effect, adding irregular color and depth to the fabric.
Accessories maintain the collection’s polished yet relaxed direction. Low heels dominate the footwear, with brocade uppers and ribbon details appearing on selected styles. Ralph Lauren also presents new versions of the Ralph Bag throughout the runway.
The collection introduces the Madison Bag as a new addition. Its neat shape and ample proportions combine practicality with a refined finish. Together with the footwear and updated Ralph Bag designs, it completes a Spring 2027 collection driven by proportion, texture, personal expression and a playful interpretation of romance.
