ID will launch its new true crime series A Killer Among Friends on Monday, July 14. The six-part series, executive produced and narrated by Jennifer Love Hewitt, follows friendship groups devastated by the murder of one of their own. As grief unfolds, suspicion sets in. Secrets begin to surface, reshaping the group dynamics and pushing everyone to question who they can trust. New episodes will air weekly on ID and stream on HBO Max.

Jennifer Love Hewitt, known for her work in both television and film, approaches this series with a personal perspective. “Identifying new pockets of storytelling in an innovative format has always been a passion of mine as an executive producer,” she said. “A Killer Among Friends offers a unique opportunity for me to draw from my own work as an actress, as we blend together a kaleidoscope of perspectives to tell each of these tragedies that deeply impact group dynamics and shatter beliefs.”
